The Get Real with Depression Plan
I see you.
I see the you that you’re trying to hide. You know the one that you don’t show anyone, not even your spouse or family. I can see your broken heart, the negative thoughts swirling in your head telling you continuously that you’re not good enough.
You’re hurt, upset, frustrated, embarrassed, lost, confused, and maybe a little angry. But you keep going. You don’t think that there’s anyone that understands you or gets how you feel. You’ve tried going to church and praying, but it didn’t seem like God could hear you.
You’re afraid to talk to your friends about how you feel because you fear they may distance themselves from you. After all you’re supposed to be the one that has it all together.
But right now, you don’t feel like that. You don’t feel like anything is together. Even though you’ve reached your goals you’ve set, making 5-6 figures (or even 7), you still feel empty. Like something’s missing. And you don’t know what it is.
You want to feel:
But you don’t know how to get there
Let me tell you, it starts with you embracing love and surrounding yourself with truth. It begins with you truly finding out who you are and what you were truly created to be. It starts with taking time to pray/meditate to get the wisdom and spiritual help you need to get through the day. Then you can begin working on nutrition and eventually discover what your life’s purpose is.
You were made to experience a life with joy, peace, and happiness. You don’t have to continue going through life unfulfilled and empty. There’s more joy to be experienced and you can be guided to it.
“You were created by God, for a purpose.”

Why You Need It
The GRWD plan is a helpful resource that you can use as a holistic alternative on your mental wellness journey.
Since it was created by someone who battled and overcame depression, it’s sensitive to the unique challenges women battling depression may have pursuing a life of wellness. It also had research-based cognitive exercises that have been proven better your mental health.
You can go on your own personal wellness journey to transform your mind through truth, learn about nutrition + exercise, build a prayer life, and begin to find your God-given purpose.
After living with depression for over a decade, I was introduced to the world of natural health through a local chiropractor.
During my first visit, I learned how my symptoms were directly connected to the alignment of my spine. I began getting adjusted immediately and my symptoms began to go away within two weeks of care.
Through my chiropractor and personal research, I began learning about the positive effects that nutrition, exercise, prayer/meditation, and personal discovery had on mental health. Applying all the new principles to my life, Jasmine was finally able to experience a life without depression.
Through prayer and more research, I combined all my experiences and knowledge into a program that all women can use. I see this plan as an empowering, faith-based, holistic alternative that you can use to begin breaking free from depression.
