Let’s Go Shopping Together!
Learning what to buy from the grocery store today has become more and more difficult with so many new diets and labels. You probably feel confused and unsure about buying food to help you (and your family) stay healthy. Since eating well begins with buying good food to prepare at home, it’s important to shop right.
Let me help you…
Grocery Store Tours are a personal experience where I navigate you through the grocery store and teach you all about different foods, store layouts, what to look for, and what to avoid.
Some things you’ll learn:
Where to begin shopping
How to pick produce
How to read nutrition labels and what to look for
What to buy frozen and fresh
Where to find the healthiest foods
How to find deals
You’ll also get a gift bag and grocery guide to take home with recipes included!
Tours are only offered in-person within 30-45 minutes of the Chicagoland/NWI area. If you’re close by, sign up for a tour here!
